Der Bereich Travel Sales betreut den internationalen Reisebürovertrieb in Bezug auf die Vermittlung von Mietwagen und weiteren SIXT Produkten für Geschäfts

**DO WHAT YOU LOVE**:

- Du leitest ein bestehendes Team im Bereich Key Account Management - Travel Sales und verantwortest damit ein Kundenportfolio mit signifikantem Jahresumsatz
- Du bist verantwortlich für die strategische Planung und gezielte Umsetzung von Vertriebsmaßnahmen im Team
- Um den Vertriebserfolg sicherzustellen, entwickelst Du die Kompetenzen Deines Teams stetig weiter und steuerst die Vertriebsaktivitäten Deines Teams KPI-basiert
- Mittelfristig erweiterst Du Deinen Verantwortungsbereich auf mehrere Länder, um die Neukundenakquise in den Auslandsmärkten von SIXT voranzutreiben
- Du konzipierst und begleitest eigenständig Trainings, Webinare und Workshops und repräsentierst SIXT auf Branchenveranstaltungen und Events
- Du unterstützt Dein Team bei Review Meetings sowie bei der Erstellung von Reportings und Ad-hoc Analysen

Qualifikationen
**COME AS YOU ARE**:

- Du hast ein wirtschaftsorientiertes oder touristisches Studium oder alternativ eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen
- Du warst bereits im Vertrieb, Account-Management, der Tourismus-Branche oder ähnlichem tätig und gehst pragmatisch, organisiert und lösungsorientiert vor
- Deine empathische und selbstreflektierte Art kombinierst Du gekonnt mit Deiner Entschlossenheit, Deinem guten Zahlenverständnis und der Fähigkeit komplexe Themen zu strukturieren
- Du reist gerne und verfügst über einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Dich motiviert es, mit Deinem Kundenportfolio erfolgreich zu wachsen und Du nimmst dafür jede Herausforderung an
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und fließendes Englisch
