Die Rolle

Als Head of Real Estate Expansion (m/w/d) verantwortest du das weitere Wachstum unseres Objektportfolios im Bereich Anmietung von Boardinghouses. Du erschließt neue Standorte und überzeugst Partner\*innen von unserem Geschäftsmodell. Du kannst die gesamte Abteilung mit aufbauen und hast viel Freiheit in der Implementierung von Strukturen. Deine Aufgaben
- Du baust gemeinsam mit einem Mitgründer von Homaris die Abteilung Real Estate Expansion auf und führst alle Mitarbeiter\*innen, die wir mit dir gemeinsam auswählen
- Du erschaffst selbstbestimmt und eigenständig Strukturen und Prozesse rund um die Immobilientransaktion, implementierst diese und überprüfst fortlaufend deren Qualität und Effizienz
- Du analysierst potenzielle neue Standorte hinsichtlich der Attraktivität für unsere Marke
- Du findest neue Objekte an etablierten und neuen Standorten für unsere Serviced Apartments und überzeugst die Eigentümer/Vermieter von unserem Geschäftsmodell
- Du führst eigenständig Vertragsverhandlungen und stimmst die Konditionen für neue Mietverträge ab
- Du übermittelst relevante Informationen an Makler\*innen, arbeitest mit Partner\*innen aus dem Netzwerk zusammen und pflegst die Kontakte zu ihnen

Dein Profil
- Du hast ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Immobilien oder eine entsprechende Ausbildung absolviert
- Du hast bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienentwicklung, speziell im Bereich Gewerbe
- bzw. Asset Management gesammelt
- Du hast bereits eigenverantwortlich Verhandlungen für große und komplexe Gewerbeeinheiten geführt und kennst die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen
- Du verfügst idealerweise bereits über Markt
- und Branchenkenntnisse in der Beherbergungsbranche, insbesondere mit Boarding Houses, oder hast Lust dir diese Kenntnisse bei uns anzueignen
- Du arbeitest proaktiv, eigeninitiativ, pragmatisch und ergebnisorientiert
- Du hast ein Händchen dafür vielversprechende Verhandlungen erfolgreich zum Abschluss zu bringen und bist dafür auch kurzfristig reisebereit
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf Mutterspachniveau (C1) und bist auch im Englischen verhandlungssicher (B2)
