**Serviceorientierte Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen & Reklamationen**
- persönlicher Ansprechpartner des Kunden für alle telefonischen und schriftlichen Anliegen
- Reklamationsbearbeitung inkl. Erstellung Gutschriften, Lastschriften und Bestandskorrekturen sowie der fortlaufenden Kommunikationen mit Kunden
- Angebotsvorbereitung und -erstellung für Bestandskunden
- Schnittstellenfunktion und selektive Einbindung von GVL/VPM/Inside Sales
- Verwaltung von Stammdaten u. Konditionen
- Abwicklung Gutschriftsverfahren, EDI, e-shop, Supplier Finance Programme
- proaktive Kundenansprache zur Unterstützung laufender Kampagnen (Bsp. mygas Umstellung, PDF-Rechnungsversand, E-Dunning)
- Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit inkl. Bearbeitung der transaktionellen Kundenzufriedenheitsumfragen (Medallia)

**Aktives Forderungsmanagement**
- Aktives Forderungsmanagement in enger Kooperation mit dem Verkäufer
- Bearbeitung von Kunden im Mahnbescheids-, Insolvenzantrags
- oder Insolvenzverfahren in Kooperation mit dem Debitorenmanagement sowie KAM/GVL

**Aufgaben im Rahmen des Monats
- und Jahresabschlusses**
- auf Basis konzerninterner Vorgaben z.B. des „European Invoicing Guides“ (Compensatory Controls)

**Weitere Aufgaben**
- manuelle Rechnungsstellung u.a. von technischen Dienstleistungen und Services auf Basis eines erstellten Angebotes und tatsächlich erbrachter Leistungen
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Performance Management Team, um Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern und Schulungspotential aufzuzeigen

**Überzeugt auf ganzer Linie | Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann*
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der Google Anwendungen, MS Office (Word, Excel), SFDC und Webtelefonie
- Grundlegende bis gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich)
- Affinität im Umgang mit buchhalterischen Abläufen
- Hohe Analytische Fähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit Entgelt: E07 - E09 gemäß MTV der chem. Industrie
