- und Raumfahrtindustrie, ab sofort einen **Project Assistant Central Works Council (gn)** zur Unterstützung des Teams in **Bremen**.

**Ihre Tätigkeiten und Aufgaben**:

- Direkte Unterstützung der Vorsitzenden
- Planung, Durchführung und Kontrolle administrativer Vorgänge innerhalb des Gesamtbetriebsrates sowie die Koordination mit Abteilungen
- Führung und Überwachung der Terminplanung
- Erstellung von Auswertungen und Interpretation unterschiedlicher Daten u.a. in Confluence
- Fachliche Beratung in betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
- Erarbeitung von Stellungnahmen
- Erstellung und Optimierung von Präsentationsunterlagen sowie inhaltliche Dokumentation
- Planung und Organisation der jährlichen Betriebsräte Konferenz

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Freude an Kommunikation und zwischenmenschlichem Austausch, Pro-Aktivität sowie Offenheit und Flexibilität für abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben
- Kenntnisse in MS Office, Outlook, Conluence und SAP
- Reisebereitschaft zwischen den Standorten
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse wünschenswert
