**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate series preparation in alignment with projects (design, procurement, quality)
- Develop production and supply concepts using the pull principle
- Plan workflows, defining processes and assembly sequence
- Determine operational planning parameters (e.g., order times using MTM/REFA)
- Estimate product costs and implement work system planning
- Create work instructions and optimize assembly processes
- Integrate external logistics service providers into production processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned area

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in production engineering or related field
- Several years of experience in work planning/work preparation
- Strong technical understanding of production processes
- Familiarity with modern production methods and SAP R/3
- Proficiency in REFA or MTM for recording target times
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Analytical mindset, confident, and assertive communication style
- Affinity for agile working methods
