Yes Then you might be the person we are looking for The role of an Insides Sales Graduate is a great opportunity for a newly graduated BSc/MSc/PhD within Biology, Biochemistry or similar fields who are ready to kick start a career in a global organization.
Location: Darmstadt/Hessen
Duration: 12 months, with an option of a permanent contract based on performance and availability of open positions
**A day in the Life**:
- Support the account manager with sales opportunities of new and existing customers and successfully manage the sales of company products and services to achieve or exceed the assigned territory sales plan
- Coordinate sales processes in the accounts for an assigned geography in accordance with approved sales and marketing plans together with the account managers
- Participate in sales, product and systems training, marketing campaigns, special projects as presented by the Company to develop appropriate selling skills
- Support the assigned sales manager in negotiations with customers, preparation and follow-up of sales quotations
- Regular updates to management on sales numbers in collaboration with the supported sales manager
- Maintain and increase current customer database through customer relation management software (CRM)
**Keys to Success**:
Education
- Minimum BSc in Life Sciences required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- You have a talent to handle and prioritize time effectively
- You are an effective communicator with customers and your colleagues
- Ability to function effectively in a successful team and exhibit a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a constantly evolving business environment
- Positive mindset with the desire to solve problems
- Initial business experience in sales or other customer-facing roles would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Proficient in both German and English (at the least B2 level)
