**Ihre Aufgaben bei uns**:
- Disposition von Suzuki Automobilen für unsere Suzuki Vertragspartner
- Betreuung der Vertragspartner und des kaufmännischen Außendienstes (AMA) im Hinblick auf die Lieferung und Verfügbarkeit von Fahrzeugen
- Verkauf von Fahrzeugen per Telefon und Mail
- Erstellung von Limitlisten als Grundlage für die Fahrzeugabrufe zur Spedition
- Prüfung und Genehmigung von Finanzierungsumstellungen bei Anfragen durch Bank/Händler
- Erstellen von Umdispositionen (Hdl>Hdl)
- Erstellung von Lieferterminübersichten
- Ansprechpartner für unsere Logistikpartner
- Bearbeitung / Prüfung von Gutschriftsanträgen im Sales Support Bonus System
- Erstellung von Excel Übersichten (2.8. für Gutschriften, Fahrzeugkontingente)
- Auswertungen / Statistiken
- Bearbeitung von Händlerneueinsätzen-/ terminierungen im Hinblick auf die Fahrzeugbestände
- EDV-technische Verarbeitung des täglichen Rechnungslaufes (Send / Pending)
- Pflege von Produktionsplänen in der AS400
- Monatliche Auswertung und Auszahlungsanweisung an FIBU für Prämien/Boni
- Ansprechpartner MAL-Leasing / Dienstwagen / Pool-Fahrzeuge
- Bearbeitung von Tickets zum Thema Suzuki Connect
**Sie bringen mit**:
- Affinität zu Automobilen und zum Automotive-Sector im Allgemeinen
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
