**Ihre Aufgaben bei uns**:

- Unterstützung des General Managers und des National Sales Managers (Präsentationen, Auswertungen, Analysen,)
- Erstellung der monatlichen Sales Reports, Gross Profit Reports
- Kontrolle der Verkaufszahlen
- Buchhaltung: Jahresabschluss, Rechnungskontrolle, Abgrenzungen
- Reporting über Absatz
- und Marktzahlen
- Kontrolle und Auswertung der Lagerbestände
- Mitarbeit am Forecast für die Produktionsplanung
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Sales-Strategien und Verkaufsförderungsprogrammen
- Steuerung und Verwaltung des Fahrzeugbestandes der Motorrad-Abteilung
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Systeme (z.B. Händler-Informations-Tool)
- Unterstützung & Backup bei:

- Erstellung des monatlichen Forecasts
- Kontrolle der Verkaufszahlen
- Kontrolle der Ziele der Area Sales Manager
- Kontrolle und Auswertung des Händler-Bonus der Suzuki Vertragshändler
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Sales-Strategien und Verkaufsförderungsprogrammen
- Mitarbeit bei der Ermittlung der Händlereinkaufskalkulation für Suzuki 2W, inkl. Berechnung der Fracht
- und Transportkosten
- Unterstützung bei Händlerveranstaltungen (Messen, Roadshows, Händlertagungen)

**Sie bringen mit**:

- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken, Verständnis für Zielumsetzung, eigenständige Arbeitsmentalität
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Controlling, Reporting und buchhalterischen Abläufen
- Erfahrung mit dem Ausbau von Händlernetzen,
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Motorradbranche
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
