**Operations and Business Support Specialist (M/F/d)**:

Provide operational support for business unit
- Report every expense document to HMC HQ finance team on time, keeping data accuracy
- Set-up and keep financial guideline for office operation expenses
- Support office member’s HR issues proactively
- Maintain work environment in the office optimally
- Support and operating team members on IT issues
- Process Innovation & Work efficiency Improvement
- Proactively engage and resolve Procurement, delivery, VAT and custom related issue
- Enhance and suggest work efficiency improvement
HTWO Europe Office operations
- Support establishment of base operation plan, goal setting and reporting (related to short-term / mid
- to long-term expansion plans, human resources, budget and general affairs)
- Assist local recruitment, training, and communication with headquarters
- Office budget planning
- Support for activities at our major Event in Europe
Support market research and business development
- Support to research of company profiles and activities
- Research on activities of our competitors in Europe
- Research business models that can be benchmarked
**_About you:_**:
- University Degree (International Business, Business Administration or MBA)
- Minimum 3~5 years of experience in related position or specialization in operating a business and financial knowledge
- Capable to follow the discussion regarding topics related to financial, tax and business operations
- Strong organizational abilities are essential to effectively manage data-related tasks and projects
- Showcase strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning abilities to perform in a cross-functional, multi-national environment
- High fluency in both English and Korean languages; any other language is an advantage
