Dein Entwicklungspfad im Detail:
Starte mit uns ein 24-monatiges Programm und lerne alle zentralen Bereiche des Energiehandels kennen Du erhältst einen strukturierten Gesamtüberblick durch Rotationen im Drei- bis Viermonatsrhythmus in unseren Bereichen Trading & Portfoliomanagement, Green Energy & Trading Services, Risikomanagement und Backoffice sowie in einem Bereich einer anderen Gesellschaft Du bist proaktiver Gestalter (w/d/m) Deines Programms und legst Deine Stationen selber fest Du sammelst Kenntnisse in folgenden Bereichen und Tätigkeiten:Gas- und Stromhandel in europäischen Energiemärkten und an internationalen BörsenPortfoliomanagement von komplexen Produkten wie Gasspeichern, langfristigen Bezugsverträgen, Erneuerbaren Energien und KraftwerkskapazitätenDirektvermarktung und PPAKurzfristiger StromhandelMarktpreis-, Kredit- und LiquiditätsrisikomanagementQuantitative Bewertung von energiemarktspezifischen Fragestellungen Wetterabhängigkeiten im EnergiehandelAbrechnungsprozesse Management grüner Zertifikate Hierbei übernimmst Du verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben und interessante Projekte Darüber hinaus nimmst Du an Seminaren, Trainings, Veranstaltungen und Messen teil und wirst Teil unseres Trainee-Konzern-Netzwerkes mit regelmäßigem Austausch zwischen Tradee und Fach- und Führungskräften Es erwartet Dich während des Programms eine umfassende persönliche Betreuung durch Paten, Mentoren und FachexpertenDas bringst Du mit:
Du besitzt einen sehr guten Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Wirtschafts-, Ingenieurs-, oder Naturwissenschaften, Informatik, Finance o.ä. Du hast einschlägige Praktika oder erste Berufserfahrung Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch Du überzeugst uns durch Deine Affinität zur Energiewirtschaft und zum Energiehandel Dich begeistert die Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams Du hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu analysieren und zu lösen Du trittst authentisch auf, besitzt ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Engagement Du bist mutig und übernimmst Verantwortung Du hast Freude an Veränderung und WeiterentwicklungWas wir dir bieten:

Your development path in detail:
Start a 24-month program with us and get to know all central fields of energy trading You will receive a structured overview through rotations every three to four months in our departments Trading & Portfolio Management, Green Energy & Trading Services, Risk Management, Analysis and Back Office divisions as well as in a division of another subsidary You are a proactive designer of your program and determine your own stations You will gain expertise in the following fields:Gas and power trading in European energy markets and on international exchangesPortfolio management of complex products such as gas storage facilities, long-term supply contracts, renewable energies and power plant capacitiesDirect marketing and PPAsShort-term tradingMarket price, credit and liquidity risk managementQuantitative assessment of energy market-specific issuesWeather dependencies in energy tradingSettlement processesManagement of green certificates You will take on challenging tasks and exciting projects You will also take part in seminars, training sessions, events and trade fairs and become part of our Group trainee network with regular exchanges between Tradee and specialists and managers You can expect comprehensive personal support from sponsors, mentors and technical experts during the programWhat you bring to the table:
You have a very good Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, engineering, natural sciences, computer science, finance or similar You have relevant internships or initial work experience You are fluent in German and English You convince us with your affinity for the energy industry and energy trading You are enthusiastic about working in international teams You have the ability to analyze and solve complex problems You are authentic, have a high level of initiative and commitment You are courageous and take responsibility You embrace change and further developmentWhat we offer you:
