Early Professional

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Support Business Development in the tasks of project development and work on project development LNG and Energy terminals in Germany
- Focus on the Region North-West Germany on industry sector Chemical / Oil & Gas, Hydrogen production, Hydrogen Storage and Pipeline-Network Hydrogen and CO2, especially in the area of the terminals in the German ports.
- Editing of the entire energy transformation for renewable energy via sector coupling to reconversion to electricity.
- Gather, analyze, and communicate Account relevant and Market data (Company profile, Projects, Investment intentions, contacts etc...).
- Develop account business planning, including the support of annual target setting process and drive portfolio dialog with Business Areas / IMBs
- Convert and develop strategies and measures as well as analyze, understand, and support customer ecosystems.
- Preparation of customer events and meetings. Preparation and summary of the customer presentations. Follow-up and as needed, take control of cross-regional internal and external coordination.
- Support to develop customer value preposition and support blueprints and marketing material.

**What You Bring**
- University degree or adequate degree in engineering in the fields of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, power engineering, automation, industrial engineering or comparable
- The ability to act as an entrepreneur to build and/or maintain profitable business with customers while ensuring customer value
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of agile working practices in day-to-day work.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability and willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics
- Fluency in German and the ability to communicate professionally in English
- Experienced MS (Office) 365 user, experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to solve assigned tasks independently, responsibly and in a structured manner
