We’re looking for someone with sales experience working in the DACH market, an entrepreneurial mindset, an ambition to open a new market, a native level in German (or C2 level) and an interest in the video sales team, and a DACH-focused team composed of SDRs and BDRs in charge of building your pipeline.

Your main task will be to develop PlayPlay's client base in the region with a focus on Mid-Market companies (1.000 to 10.000 employees).

We’re looking for someone with sales experience working in the DACH market, an entrepreneurial mindset, an ambition to open a new market, a native level in german (or C2 level) and an interest in the video industry.

Tasks

YOUR MISSIONS
- In support of BDR & SDR prospecting activities, take care of prospecting leads through social selling and cold calling.
- Conduct product demos to multiple decision-makers.
- Close Mid-market deals in various industries.
- Respond to calls for tender and develop complex sales proposals.
- Drive expansion on your territory accounts.
- Monitor your activities within Salesforce.
- Participate in the biggest MarTech and social media events in the DACH Market.
- Become a pro user of PlayPlay's platform and gain expertise in the marketing & communications space.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new sales team members.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of Sales experience, including at least 1 year of experience as an Account Executive
- Previous experience working in the SaaS tech industry ⭐️
- Proven track record of exceeding your sales quota with B2B customers.
- Previous experience of working in the DACH market as a B2B Account Executive.
- A previous experience in opening a new market would be a plus.
- Native German/C2 Level required.
