- oder Teilzeit**, der weiß, was sich unsere niederländischen Kunden wünschen und es liebt, sie von der Servicewüste in die Serviceoase zu führen. **DEINE AUFGABEN**:
- Du kommunizierst eigenverantwortlich mit unseren Kunden via E-Mail, Social Media (Facebook & Twitter) und Telefon in einer witzigen, charmanten und vor allem emphatischen Art
- Du betreust und berätst unsere Kunden in allen Anliegen
- Du zauberst unseren Kunden bei jeder Interaktion ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht, indem Du mit Deinem Charme, Deinem Scharfsinn und Deiner Kreativität überzeugst
- Du bringst dich mit viel Eigeninitiative proaktiv in deine Arbeit ein und trägst mit Tatendrang und kreativen Vorschlägen zur internen Prozessoptimierung bei
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kundenservice und allen anderen Departments bei JUNIQE

- Du bist witzig, kreativ, lebenslustig und handelst eigeninitiativ
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice
- Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, bist auf Zack und denkst gerne um die Ecke

- Ausgezeichnete Niederländisch-Kenntnisse auf C2-Niveau

Unser lichtdurchflutetes Office befindet sich in einem renovierten Fabrikgebäude an der Grenze zwischen Mitte und Kreuzberg, nur einen Katzensprung von der Spree und der Markthalle Neun entfernt. Was das Arbeiten betrifft, verfolgen wir derzeit eine Art Hybrid-Modell, also eine Kombi aus in-Office und Homeoffice.

In unserer Küche findest Du neben zahlreichen Pflanzen auch frisches Obst, viele verschiedene Snacks sowie einen großen Kühlschrank mit Limo, Bier und Wein, weil man den Feierabend ab und zu ja auch mal wörtlich nehmen kann.
