Your Integration plan will start in Munich ( Germany ) to make you familiar with our global procurement processes and help you build your internal network. After half a year, you will move to India.

YOUR TASKS

Develop and implement sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings, while ensuring quality and reducing lead times for goods and services sourced in India and Southeast Asia

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure they meet the organization's expectations for quality, delivery, sustainability, and cost

Manage and develop a team of sourcing professionals of procurement and supplier development in India and Southeast Asia

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sourcing opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and drive implementation of sourcing projects

Monitor and analyze supplier performance to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues

Identify and evaluate new suppliers in India and Southeast Asia to ensure a diverse and robust supply chain

Work closely with the Senior Vice President Purchasing to develop and implement global sourcing strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives

Coordinate, with internal stakeholders (e. g. Quality, Logistic), project implementation to secure the SOP as defined in the project milestone planning

Support the supplier negotiation for part price, tooling cost etc.

Support the category strategy implementation

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred

Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with a focus on sourcing in India and Southeast Asia

Experience managing and developing teams of sourcing professionals

Strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating complex contracts with suppliers

Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings, improve quality, and reduce lead times

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers

Experience working in a global, matrix organization

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
