Summary

For the HENSOLDT Acadamy divisio we are looking for a "Head of Learning & Training (M/F/d)" at the Ulm or Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.

We are looking for a Head of Learning & Training, where you will use your passion for learning innovation and strategic leadership to drive the evolution of our learning ecosystem. As a visionary in the learning space, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive and impactful learning experiences that drive our team to success.

Your Tasks- Learning Pathway Design: Develop transformative learning paths that connect cutting-edge methodologies with business objectives to drive continuous growth and competency development. Innovative Curriculum Design: lead the development of dynamic, engaging, and learner-centered content that leverages the power of multimedia, technology, and interactivity- Global Learning Management System Accountability: consistently evolve our Learning Management System content and technology, and implement optimizations to ensure a seamless user experience and data-driven insights- Collaborative Leadership: build and lead an international, cross-functional team of learning designers, content developers, and technologists. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity and excellence- Expertise in learning analytics: Use data-driven insights to refine learning strategies, measure outcomes, and customize experiences to ensure maximum ROI for our learning initiatives- Integration of Emerging Technologies: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and integrating emerging technologies such as AR, VR, AI, and gamification to amplify the impact of learning solutions- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, align learning strategies with business goals, and ensure a cohesive learning ecosystem

Your Profile- Completed studies with a focus on human resources, business administration, psychology, law or social sciences or comparable- Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable function- Educational Visionary: A proven track record of designing and implementing innovative learning solutions that drive performance and employee development- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align learning strategies with broader business goals and adapt them to the evolving needs of the organization- Team Leadership: strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, guide and mentor a multi-disciplinary team- Technical savvy: Familiarity with modern learning technologies and a willingness to explore and integrate new tools for enhanced learning experiences- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data and learning analytics to make informed decisions and refine learning strategies- Communication: excellent oral and written communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas- Change maker: able to drive change and operate in a dynamic organizational environment- Fluent in German and English
