**The Position**:
As Digital Health Asset Lead in Oncology you combine leadership, healthcare, and technology: You will lead one or multiple cross-functional digital health asset teams from ideation to full commercialization and throughout the entire asset development lifecycle.
***Tasks & responsibilities**:
- In alignment with the oncology leadership team and the asset teams you lead digital assets from ideation to market. Our digital assets strive to achieve one of our three strategic goals: (A) enable precision oncology, (B) monitor and manage side-effects, and (C) drive data-science enabled insights.- Hence, digital assets can, e.g., include patient identification solutions, digital diagnostics, and remote monitoring. The digital assets connect with our drug assets that span across our cancer cell-directed and immuno-oncology pipeline.- You lead the cross-functional digital health asset teams, and you create the assets’ vision and development roadmap. The teams consist of members from functions like research, clinical development, marketing, and technology.- Furthermore, you are accountable for product design, feature prioritization, and technical specification in close collaboration with the whole digital asset team.- Moreover, you define the target development approach (build, buy, or partner) and are responsible for establishing and managing our relationships with technology partners ranging from startups to big tech players.- You are responsible for the execution of the digital asset, the achievement of the asset milestones, and for managing the development costs.- With your intrapreneurial mindset, you can identify early opportunities that can be matured rapidly into digital health assets with a strong value proposition.- With your expertise, you provide input into the oncology digital health strategy and contribute to the budget planning.
***Requirements**:
- Advanced degree (Master's or comparable) in Life Sciences, Business, Technology, or Medicine- Proven experience in leading lean and agile cross-functional teams- Deep knowledge in digital health asset development and know-how of the digital health and medical device regulations landscape- Experience of successful collaboration with key markets like the US, Japan, and Germany- Excellent understanding of digital health technologies and solutions, new business models and the fast-evolving digital health landscape and opportunities- Good understanding of the pharma environment and business- Agile working methods and being able to bridge agile and traditional working styles- Competency in networking, building, and sustaining relationships internally and externally
