For our office we are seeking a talented and resourceful Office Administrator with HR responsibilities to join our team.

**What to expect**:

- Develop solutions and strategic concepts to innovate the health insurance industry together with our product teams and ADH management

- Gain up-to-date knowledge about public health issues and their impact on the insurance sector

Tasks
- Work on up-to-date medical topics like the medical and economic impact of personalized medicines or the public health of the long COVID syndrome
- Research and prepare healthcare topics for the Allianz Management and become part of our medical expert team at ADH
- Review and develop approaches to the risk assessment of medical conditions, provider management and disease management
- Keep our team and Allianz colleagues across the globe up-to-date with regards to new treatment options, regulatory changes and digital health disruptions

**Requirements**:

- Successfully completed a university degree in human medicine - alternatively, you are in the final month of your studies
- Experience in medical data analysis as well as the evaluation of scientific literature
- First experience in business functions or consulting, e.g. through internships or working student activities
- Great problem-solving skills paired with conceptual strengths and out-of-the-box thinking
- High degree of self-organization, willingness to take ownership and the ambition to cover a broad range of topics
- Entrepreneurial vision and passion for innovation and digitalization
- Fluency in written and spoken English, German is a plus
