**Was bringen Sie mit**:

- eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- MS Office Kennnisse, insbesondere Excel

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- die Pflege der elektronischen Vertriebskanäle unter Einbeziehung technischer Programme (ChannelManager, CRS und PMS)
- die Recherche und Analyse der Online Reputation in Portalen wie z.B. Trip Advisor
- die laufende Überprüfung aller Hotel-Eingaben im ChannelManager, CRS, GDS und im Internet
- die korrekte Positionierung in jedem Kanal und für jede Saison in Absprache mit dem Revenue Manager in Text und Bild, regelmäßige Analyse der Marktpositionierung in jedem Segment
- Mitwirkung bei Online Marketing Kampagnen, deren Umsetzung und Auswertung
- die stetige Analyse der Online Reputation und damit einhergehend die Auswertung der Gästekommentare in den Online Portalen
- die Pflege der Hotel-Website über das Content Management System
- die Überprüfung und Überwachung von Ratenschwankungen
- die Führung eines akkuraten Berichtswesen (Statistiken / Reporting)
- die Unterstützung des Revenue Managers bei der Erstellung des Revenue Plans, des Budgets und des Forecasts und des monatlichen Reportings
