Wir suchen mehrere **Com-Center Specialist Hosting (m/w/d)** für den technischen und kaufmännischen Support eines internationalen Hosting-Providers zur Verstärkung für unseres Teams in St Ingbert.

Beschreibung
- Du beantwortest **Kundenanfragen** in Form von Telefonaten, per E-Mail oder im Chat.
- Du identifizierst Probleme auf Kundenseite und besprichst mit ihnen **Lösungsansätze** und führst eine ausführliche **Produktberatung** durch
- Du setzt unserer Vision für ein **"Wow"-Kundenerlebnis** mit detaillierten Vorlagen um

**Über die Position**
- Du machst unsere Kunden zu Fans, indem Du eine persönliche Bindung per Telefon, Chat oder Mail aufbaust
- Du begleitest unsere Kunden auf ihrer Customer-Journey, identifizierst ihre Probleme und bist verantwortlich für diese selbständige Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Anliegen und Verfahren
- Du setzt unserer Vision für ein "Wow"-Kundenerlebnis um

**Anforderungsprofil**
- Die Nutzung eines PCs und des Internets bereiten dir keine Schwierigkeiten
- Du bist eine empathische, aufgeschlossene und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit viel Teamgeist
- Du kommunizierst gerne und schaffst es, Dein Lächeln zu transportieren
- Du bringst Erfahrungen in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung mit, oder bist ambitionierter Quereinsteiger
- Du hast eine positive Ausstrahlung und legst hohen Wert darauf, Kunden zufrieden zu stellen.
- Du bist bereit, mit uns die Extrameile auf dem Weg zum exzellenten Servicedienstleiter zu gehen.
- Deutsch ist für Dich weder in Wort noch in Schrift ein Problem
