Aufgaben
- Du betreust selbstständig eine oder mehrere Mandantenbuchhaltungen durch die Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Verbuchung von Geschäftsvorfällen in allen Buchungskreisen
- Du erstellst die Zahlläufe und stimmst Deine Konten monatlich ab
- Du koordinierst die korrekte Erstellung der Abschlüsse innerhalb der terminlichen Vorgaben
- Als Sparringspartner unterstützt Du bei der Budgetplanung sowie Einzelanalyen und Reports
- Du stehst im engen Austausch mit anderen Abteilungen wie dem Controlling und bist erster Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Behörden sowie bei Betriebs
- und/oder Außenprüfungen
- Mit klaren Zielen vor Augen strebst Du die stetige Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung bestehender Prozesse an

Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung als Bilanzbuchalter (m/w/d) oder Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d)
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in den oben genannten Bereichen
- Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und hast eine strukturierte, zahlenaffine Arbeitsweise
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware sowie den Produkten von MS-Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
