- und Ausland sowie weiterer Beteiligungen.

Als Director of Finance wirst du die finanzielle Zukunft unseres Unternehmens maßgeblich prägen und eng mit unserem Managementteam zusammenarbeiten. In unserer Holding bist du verantwortlich für die Finanzsteuerung der Stadien in Frankfurt, Bremen, Lissabon und weiteren Beteiligungen. Deine Mission umfasst die strategische Budgetierung, Finanzplanung, Liquiditätssteuerung und die Analyse von Geschäftsentwicklungen.

Deine Aufgaben:

- ** Finanzstrategie**: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Finanzstrategien, um das Wachstum und die Rentabilität des Unternehmens zu gestalten und zu steigern
- **Finanzführung**: Verantwortung für die Finanzplanung, -berichterstattung und -analyse, um fundierte Geschäftsentscheidungen zu unterstützen, Begleitung des Budgetprozesses aller Gesellschaften inklusive Konsolidierung sowie Ad Hoc Analysen und Reportings für Share
- und Stakeholder
- **Abschlüsse**: Prüfung der Monatsabschlüsse inkl. Soll-Ist Abweichung der operativen Tochtergesellschaften sowie die Erstellung der Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse der Muttergesellschaft nach HGB inklusive Konsolidierung
- **Investitionsmanagement**: Bewertung von neuen Projekten, um die langfristige Wertschöpfung zu gewährleisten und Risiken zu minimieren
- **KPIs**: Erstellung der KPIs zur Steuerung der Unternehmensgruppe
- **Cash Management**: Planung und Sicherung der Liquidität für die gesamte Unternehmensgruppe
- **Business Partner**: Unterstützung der Tochtergesellschaften bei finanziellen Fragestellungen
