Als **Field Application Specialist (w/m/d)** sind Sie verantwortlich für die Demonstration/Kundenschulung von Cepheid-Systemen sowie der Konnektivitätslösungen, Software und Reagenzien. Desweiteren entwickeln Sie gemeinsam mit Vertriebsmitarbeitern Strategien, um das Cepheid-Geschäft erfolgreich auszubauen und zu erhalten und fungieren als „Stimme des Kunden“, um Kundenanliegen rechtzeitig zu lösen.
Diese Position ist Teil des Applikationsteams innerhalb der Vertriebsorganisation. Der Arbeitsort ist **remote/Home Office** innerhalb des zu betreuenden Gebietes (Nord-West Deutschland).

**In dieser Funktion werden Ihre Aufgaben umfassen**:
- Integration von Cepheid-Systemen, Konnektivitätslösungen sowie Assays in Kundenlabors und Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Evaluierung, Implementierung und Akkreditierung für ein reibungsloses und schnelles Go Live
- Demonstration / Schulung von Cepheid-Systemen und Konnektivitätslösungen, Software und Reagenzien für aktuelle und potenzielle Kunden
- Vorantreiben und Implementierung des Remote-Access Tool Beyond Trust
- Entwickeln Sie gemeinsam mit Vertriebsmitarbeitern Strategien, um das Cepheid-Geschäft erfolgreich auszubauen und zu erhalten
- Führen Sie technische Seminare und Präsentationen bei Kunden, Messen und Workshops durch
- Verbesserungen für die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Cepheid-Lösungen bereitstellen
- Sie fungieren als „Stimme des Kunden“, um Kundenanliegen rechtzeitig zu lösen
**Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, sind Sie am besten ausgestattet mit**:
- Ausbildung in Biologie (Master
- oder Doktorgrad) mit Schwerpunkt Mikrobiologie oder Virologie
- Erfahrungen mit Konnektivität (Remote Access, LIS, sowie Datensicherheit)
- Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit bis zu 75% der Zeit mit gelegentlichen Übernachtungen
- Deutsch (fließend), Englisch (kompetent) sind Voraussetzung
- Gültiger Führerschein
**Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn Sie auch über Erfahrung in folgenden Bereichen verfügen**:
- Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position bzw. erste Berufserfahrungen außerhalb des akademischen Umfelds mir direktem Kundenkontakt sind sehr gewünscht
- Erfahrung mit Salesforce, SAP oder ähnlichem
