Für ein führendes Unternehmen im Gesundheitswesen suchen wir einen erfahrenen Customer Experience Lead, der die Bereichen Resales, Customer Success, Professional Service und Customer Support leitet und weiterentwickelt.

Unser Kunde, ein bedeutender Akteur im deutschen Gesundheitssektor, treibt aktiv die digitale Transformation voran. Mit einem Team von über 300 SpezialistInnen deutschlandweit arbeiten sie an innovativen Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Gesundheitsversorgung durch Technologie und intelligente Services.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**
- Entwicklung und Optimierung der Kundenerfahrung in den genannten Bereichen.
- Verantwortung für Umsatz
- und Budgetziele sowie Prozessoptimierung.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing und Produktentwicklung.
- Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von 20 Mitarbeitern.
- Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen.
- Leitung strategischer Initiativen zur Steigerung der Kundenbindung.
- Kontinuierliche Analyse von Kundenfeedback und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung.

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**
- Technologische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfolgreiche Führungserfahrung in mindestens zwei der genannten Bereiche.
- Vertrautheit mit dem Gesundheitswesen.
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (mind. C1) und Englisch.
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten zur Interpretation von Kundendaten.
- Erfahrung in der Implementierung von CRM-Systemen zur Optimierung der Kundenerfahrung.
