**Dafür brauchen wir Dich**:

- _ Leitung und Entwicklung des Customer Experience Bereichs_: Du führst die technischen Teams Presales, Customer Success, Professional Services und Customer Support. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Teamleitern zusammen und übernimmst die gesamtheitliche Verantwortung.
- _ Umsatz
- und Budgetverantwortung_: Du steuerst den Dienstleistungsumsatz und das Budget
- sowie Ressourcenmanagement, um höchste Effizienz in deiner Abteilung zu gewährleisten.
- _ Kundenbeziehungen und -zufriedenheit_: Du überwachst die Kundenzufriedenheit, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen ein.
- _ Prozessoptimierung_: Du verbesserst Implementierungs
- und Anpassungsprozesse und förderst die Standardisierung.
- _ Kundenmanagement_: Du bist für den Aufbau und die Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu technischen Entscheidungsträgern (C-Level) bei Schlüsselkunden und -partnern verantwortlich.
- _ Schnittstelle zu Vertrieb, Marketing und Produktentwicklung_: Du arbeitest eng mit diesen Bereichen zusammen, um kundenorientierte Lösungen zu entwickeln.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- _ Technologische Ausbildung_: Ein Studium in Informatik, Medizininformatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnlichen Fachbereichen.
- _ Berufserfahrung_: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im Technologiebereich oder umfassende Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei der Bereiche Technischer Presales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Customer Support.
- _ Exzellente Kundenkommunikation und kaufmännisches Denken_: Fähigkeit, Kunden für unser Produkt zu begeistern und ihre Anforderungen zu verstehen, gepaart mit starkem kaufmännischem Verständnis.
- _ Gute Branchenkenntnisse_: Vertrautheit mit dem Gesundheitswesen aus früheren Positionen.
- _ Führungskompetenz_: Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Führung von Organisationen oder größeren Teams.
- _ Kundenorientierung_: Starke Fähigkeit, positive Kundenerfahrungen zu schaffen und direkten, ehrlichen Kontakt zu pflegen.
