**Wirtschaftsjurist (*) für das Team Real Estate einer value-for-money Hotelkette gesucht**. Das Head Office mit Sitz im Raum Frankfurt/Rhein-Main steuert das dynamische Wachstum der Hotel Group in allen Unternehmensbereichen. Das vierköpfige Team der Rechtsabteilung verantwortet Asset Deals /Share Deals im Bereich Real Estate, das Vertragsmanagement sowie die juristische Betreuung der mehr als 600 Hotels in Deutschland, Österreich und anderen europäischen Destinationen.

**Ihr Profil**:
Als Wirtschaftsjurist (*) mit Vertiefung Immobilienrecht können Sie hier Ihr Potential im gewerblichen Mietrecht und Grundstücksrecht frei entfalten. Ihre wirtschaftlichen Kenntnisse ergänzen Sie mit technischem Verständnis und komplexem Denken. Erste Erfahrungen mit Hotelmietverträgen und Grundstückskaufverträgen wären perfekt. Gute Kenntnisse im allgemeinen Zivilrecht werden vorausgesetzt. Sie arbeiten gern im Team, haben erste Projekterfahrung und eine klare Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch. Ihre Lösungskompetenz kombinieren Sie mit Pragmatismus und Verhandlungsgeschick.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

Als Wirtschaftsjurist (*) Legal Counsel im Bereich Real Estate begleiten Sie Asset Deals /Share Deals
- rechtliche Betreuung von Hotelübernahmen
- Verhandlung von Hotelmietverträgen und Übernahmen
- juristische Begleitung von Grundstücksankäufen
- Steuerung und Koordination von Transaktionen / Portfolio Deals
- Erstellen, Verhandeln und Prüfen von Immobilienverträgen
- Due Diligence
- fachübergreifende Projektbegleitung
