**Head of Qualitätsmanagement (w/m/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
- Prozesse identifizieren und steuern
- Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung und Qualitätssicherung im Zuge des KVP
- Erarbeitung und Dokumentation von Geschäftsprozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen
- Eigenständige Erarbeitung und Herausgabe der Systemdokumente, Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung der QM-Vorgabedokumente: Arbeitsanweisungen, Verfahrensanweisungen und sonstige operative Dokumente einschließlich der Weiterentwicklung des QM-Handbuches.
- Durchführung und Organisation von Kunden
- und Lieferantenaudits inkl. dem Ableiten und nachverfolgen von Maßnahmen
- Durchführung und Auswertung interner Audits sowie die Bewertung des QM einschließlich der Berichterstattung
- Schulung von Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftsführungen und Führungskräften der Standorte
- Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Schnittstellen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Dienstleistungsumfeld und einer Struktur mit internationalen Standorten und über 2.000 Mitarbeitenden
- Eigenständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und hohe Eigeninitiative
- Eine außerordentlich ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen, Kooperations
- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie eine hohe Sozialkompetenz
- Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind in Wort und Schrift verhandlungssicher.
- Sie pflegen einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und haben Erfahrungen mit Clouddiensten
