**DEINE VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN**
- Steigerung von Produktivität und Qualität durch Standardisierung von Prozessen
- Einführung von Design für Manufacturing Methoden
- Testen und Implementieren von Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten für mittlere Stückzahlen von Produkten
- Digitalisierung der Produktionsprozesse durch die Einführung eines MES-Systems
- Modernisierung und Verschlankung der Prüfkonzepte bei RIEDEL und seinen Zulieferern

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung, Fertigung und Prüfung von Hightech-Mikroelektronik und Elektromechanik (vorzugsweise im B2B-Umfeld)
- Fähigkeit zur Definition von Herstellungs
- und Testanforderungen, Prozessen und Richtlinien
- (Internationale) Erfahrung mit der Vergabe von Unteraufträgen/Outsourcing der Fertigung
- Nachgewiesene Kenntnisse über (halb-)automatisierte Herstellungs
- und Prüfverfahren für elektronische Hightech-Geräte
- Auf dem neuesten Stand der PCB-/Systemtesttechnologien und -systeme
- Vertrautheit bzw. Erfahrung mit Lean, Six Sigma
- Starker Fokus auf die Qualitätsverbesserung
- Selbstständig, pragmatisch
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
- Fähigkeit in fachübergreifenden Teams zu arbeiten
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft international zu Reisen
