Aufgaben
- Create and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer needs and preferences.
- Work with cross-functional teams such as product development and sales to ensure that the marketing strategy is consistent with the company's mission and goals.
- Establish and cultivate connections with industry influencers, media channels, and other strategic partners and sustain those relationships.
- Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Identify new and innovative ways to promote the company's products and services.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure all campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a positive ROI

Qualifikation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify new and innovative ways to promote products and services
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team of marketing professionals
- Must have: English (C1) and ability to work in German
