Stellenbeschreibung: At a Glance: The B2B Partner Marketing Lead EMEA is responsible for On's brand development, positioning and consumer growth with our Community Champions retail partners across Europe. What Community Champions have in common is how they drive community engagement through powerful storytelling, grassroots events and participation in key industry moments. They drive industry trends among early adopters in Running and Lifestyle. You will partner cross functionally with Brand, Product and Sales teams to craft and deliver a unique marketing plan, authentically bringing to life On's mission with our key strategic partners' audience. You will collaborate closely with the Strategic Vertical leads in Europe both for Running and Movement/Lifestyle, counterparts from the North America and APAC regions to drive and align marketing strategy. This role reports into the Head of B2B Partner Marketing EMEA and can be located in Zurich, Berlin or London. Your Mission:
Partner closely with Sales Vertical Leads and Community Champion Account Managers to build the joint 3+ year omni channel strategic plan
Partner closely with Marketing Vertical Leads in Running and Movement Lifestyle to involve Community Champions in key marketing GTM and Strategic moments
Manage Community Champion programs coordinating EMEA markets to work in an aligned and consistent way, bring new scalable ideas and innovation to how we partner with Community Champions through a data-driven, test and learn approach
Be the brand gatekeeper; responsible for the brand development, growth and positioning across all accounts within the Community Champions portfolio
Obsess the Community Champions existing consumer - understand how they discover, engage, and shop across multiple channels to craft and execute outstanding activations and campaigns
Own the omni channel marketing plan end to end, meeting On brand guidelines and authenticity
Leverage data to identify optimization omni channel opportunities and across all european countries by analysing and monitoring consumer demand, category trends and competitor assortment as well as the Community Champions provided analytics
Establish and maintain relationships with the Community Champions key marketing counterparts, and be the spokes personally internally at On
Collaborate seamlessly cross functionally with Sales, Product, Campaigns, Trade, Vertical and Global/ Regional / Country teams
Your Story:
5 years of experience in a progressive marketing, sales and/or e-commerce role, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle or sporting goods industries
You understand how to build community within retail and master brand build through storytelling and consumer engagement
Considerable experience with omni channel activations in retail
Strategic mindset accompanying an innovative and creative personality with strong business acumen
You are hands-on, you make things happen and you are able to deliver end to end
You are a self-starter, solution-oriented and have an organized working style that enables you to deliver and execute numerous projects at once in a fast-paced environment
Consumer-centric mindset, forward-thinking and enjoy leveraging consumer insights and thinking data-driven
Willingness to travel based on business needs
