Du und das Customer Service Team seid der Berührungspunkt zwischen dem Unternehmen und den Kunden. Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen der eigenständige Aufbau und Verwaltung unserer Wissensdatenbank (FAQ), welche unsere Kunden aktiv bei der Problembeseitigung unterstützt, die Konzeption, Erstellung und Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen und Trainings, sowie die Betreuung der Kunden bei Fragen zu den erstellten Inhalten. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem gesamten Customer Success Team, unseren Entwickler:innen zusammen und im Onboarding mit.

- Du studierst und hast großes Interesse ein innovatives Produkt zu unseren Kunden zu bringen.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1), Englischkenntnisse sind ein zusätzlicher Vorteil
- Du hast einen Führerschein Klasse B
