Sie sind mitunter für die Betreuung und den Support von Engineering Anwendungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Design
- und Entwicklungsabteilungen und den beteiligten IT-Abteilungen verantwortlich. Desweiteren sind Sie für die Analyse und detaillierte Spezifikation von Business-Anforderungen zuständig. Bei Airbus als Luft

**Zu Ihren zukünftigen Aufgaben gehören**:

- Design und Steuerung der Supportprozesse für die jeweiligen Produkte im Bereich Systems Engineering
- Analyse und detaillierte Spezifikation von Business-Anforderungen
- Koordination von Aktivitäten im Rahmen des Managements von Veränderungsprozessen
- Unterstützung innerhalb der IM als Ansprechpartner und Focalpoint für Engineering-Anwendungen
- Definition und Überwachung von wichtigen Indikatoren des Supportprozesses

**Wir wünschen uns**:

- Eine abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Informatik, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in IT / Informationssysteme
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von IT-Grundlagen wie IT-Architekturen, Komponenten, Programmierparadigmen sowie im Produktmanagement und Erfahrung in der technischen Unterstützung von Anwendungen im Luftfahrtbereich
- Kenntnis des Airbus/Airbus Helicopters Projektprozess von Vorteil
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamspirit, offene Art der Kommunikation und "Welcome Problem"-Mindset
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
