Are you passionate about managing, and driving your own business segment of optical sensors and managing silicon microphones products in an extremely dynamic market environment? Then this is the right place to be We are seeking an entrepreneur and team player with strong experience in Product Marketing and Management.

As our new Product Marketing Manager, you drive and innovate the business and take ownership of reporting to management.

  • In your new role, you will:
  • Be the
    business responsible for the segment of optical sensors including revenue, planning, volume forecasts, product definition, and business development.
  • Be the
    key responsible for the EMEA region and distribution business for silicon microphones as part of the product management team, build the closest relationship with regional organizations, and align and drive product line strategy.

Collaborate with colleagues from Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technical Marketing, and R&D to drive business

  • Be responsible for
    business negotiation, pricing, quoting, contracts, and product roadmap for optical sensors:
  • Be the project owner for new development projects of optical sensors and contribute to
    development projects in a product management role for silicon microphones.
  • Being responsible to organize customer meetings independently and willing to
    travel within EMEA region.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you recognize and seize the potential for improving efficiency with dedication and determination. Furthermore, you demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks.

Lastly, you actively look for the ideal solution and engage in professional debates with the relevant people, instead of accepting rash compromises.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A
    degree in
    Industrial Engineering ,
    Electrical Engineering ,
    Business Administration, or a related field.
- +5 years of relevant
working experience in
Product Marketing & Management,
Application Marketing & Management, Technical Marketing.

High motivation and pleasure for creating meaningful sensor solutions that make our lives easier, safer, and greener.

  • The ability to
    manage a high level of complexity thanks to good analytical skills, creativity, perseverance, and a good sense of priorities.
  • The willingness to
    take responsibility for common goals and put the team's results above own interests.
  • High affinity to
    data analytics tools **(e.g. Excel).
  • Fluent
    English communication
    skills , German as a plus.
