**Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n** **HR Coordinator Labor Relations Germany** (m/w/d) in Vollzeit als Elternzeitvertretung für ein Jahr.**

**Ihre Aufgaben im Detail**:

- Administrative Unterstützung der Direktion PAG/Labor Deutschland
- Verwaltungsaufgaben, die den Kontakt und den Umgang mit streng vertraulichen Materialien und Informationen beinhalten können
- Proaktives, unabhängiges Kalendermanagement auf der Grundlage geschäftlicher und persönlicher Prioritäten
- Verantwortlich für die Planung und Organisation von Sitzungen (Planung der Teilnehmer, Buchung von Konferenzräumen, Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Zusammenstellung von Notizen, Sitzungsunterlagen, Handouts usw.) und Gewährleistung der richtigen Priorisierung, z. B. für Betriebsräte, Verhandlungen usw.
- Organisation von Meetings (einschließlich der Agenda, Reservierung von Räumen und Veranstaltungsorten usw.)
- Reisemanagement einschließlich Flugbuchungen, ggf. Bodentransport, Hotel und Unterkunft
- Kostenmanagement auf der Grundlage der Takeda-Richtlinien
- Verarbeitung von nicht-routinemäßiger Informationen
- Vorbereitung von Korrespondenz, Tabellenkalkulationen und Präsentationen.
- Teilnahme an Meetings und dazugehörige Protokollführung
- Unterstützung bei der Pflege von Programm-Websites, je nach Bedarf
- Telefonische Unterstützung; Übernahme von Kopier
- und Faxdiensten sowie Aufbau und Pflege von Ablagesystemen.
- Bearbeitung von Rechnungen der Kreditorenbuchhaltung und aller Aspekte der Spesenabrechnung nach Bedarf
- Beantwortung von Fragen, Anliegen und Informationsanfragen und Klärung von Routinefragen und Informationsanfragen
- Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit anderen Assistenten, um eine optimale Interaktion mit anderen Mitarbeitern/Abteilungen zu gewährleisten

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Bachelorabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang ist von Vorteil
- Erforderlich sind mindestens 3-5 Jahre administrative Unterstützung auf der Ebene leitender Mitarbeiter
- Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht (Mitbestimmung/Betriebsrat)
- Umfassende Erfahrung in zentralen HR-Disziplinen (Einstellung, Vergütung, Sozialleistungen (Rente), Leistungsmanagement, Talententwicklung)
- Erfahrung mit der Verwaltung von Zeitplänen
- Flexibilität, um bei Bedarf außerhalb der üblichen Geschäftszeiten zu arbeiten
- Umfassende Kenntnisse in MS Outlook, Word, Excel und PowerPoint
- Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten; die Position erfordert stets ein gewisses Maß an Selbstsicherheit, Taktgefühl und Diplomatie.
- Sie müssen in der Lage sein, mit Personen auf allen Ebenen der Organisation zu interagieren und effektiv zu kommunizieren.
- Erforderlich ist ein hohes Maß an Detailgenauigkeit beim Verfassen und Überprüfen von Materialien, beim Festlegen von Prioritäten, bei der Zeitplanung und bei der Einhaltung von Fristen
- Sie müssen in der Lage sein, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten und nachweislich in der Lage sein, mehrere konkurrierende Aufgaben und Anforderungen gleichzeitig zu bewältigen.
- Sie müssen in der Lage sein, vertrauliche Informationen und Fragen effektiv und ohne Verletzung der Vertraulichkeit zu behandeln.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. C1-Level)
