**What’s the opportunity?**

We’re looking for a commercially minded generalist to support the go-to-market (GTM) function at Clarisights. This role will help us shape our GTM strategies and will work on a wide canvas that is uniquely reserved for startups scaling beyond PMF.

Ultimately, you will help us to find new and innovative ways to increase revenue by consistently building demand and pipeline. To meet our ambitious Growth targets, you’ll be working closely with the go-to-market team. Further, we see you frequently collaborating with Customer Success and Product.

**What is Clarisights?**

Clarisights’ mission is to democratize data in enterprise marketing teams.

Clarisights provides a self-serve reporting platform designed to facilitate better marketing decision-making. We automatically integrate, process, and visualize data from all of our clients’ marketing, analytics, and attribution sources into our vertically-integrated, no-code marketing reporting platform.

We’ve reshaped marketing reporting for the following companies: Uber, Delivery Hero, Universal Music, About You, Trade Republic, Norwegian Airlines, Preply, among others.

We’re a Sequoia-backed Series A company in hyper-growth mode.

**Who are you?**

We are looking for someone available to work with us for at least 6 months. Ideally, you would be open to exploring a full-time opportunity. As the GTM team is based in Berlin, we would prefer someone who is willing to relocate to Berlin or is already living here.
- Curious and passionate about technology, B2B business development, and high-growth startup GTM execution;
- You have gained professional experience in an impactful entrepreneurial environment, at a leading technology company, or in management consultancy/ venture capital;
- Business-fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written;
- You are a self-starter who can grasp complex projects quickly and take ownership. You have solid project management skills and can collaborate cross-functionally;
- (Plus) Previous exposure to digital marketing and BI;
- (Plus) Previous experience in B2B SaaS marketing or sales;

**What will you do?**
- Sales: Develop, execute, and evaluate outbound strategies and tactics;
- Marketing: Support in demand generation and content marketing initiatives;
- Market intelligence: Support in market studies and research interviews;
- Internal Project Management: Take on projects like preparing our events or reworking our sales collateral;
- Research and Preparation: Own in-depth research on our target companies and preparation for sales conversations.

- Ownership. You won’t be delegated tasks. You will be given ownership and accountability of outcomes and all the support you need. It is your task to figure out how to remove roadblocks and reach those outcomes.
- Learnings. We are still in an early stage and you will have a unique vantage point on how to build a company with a very strong product and massive customer demand. You will probably learn more than you ever thought in the process. These learnings are likely the most valuable thing we can offer.
