Dann haben wir den perfekten Job für dichDeine Aufgaben:

- Du treibst maßgeblich den Aufbau des Employer Brandings für den deutschen Markt voran - dieses beginnt mit der Definition der Employer Branding Strategie von der aus du ein konkret umsetzbares Konzept & Maßnahmenpaket entwickelst und die daraus folgende Umsetzung begleitest
- Du verantwortest die Planung und Konzeption von zielgruppenspezifischen Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen für diverse Kanäle wie z.B. Social Media, Karriereseite, Online Medien und lokale Aktivitäten
- Du treibst die Positionierung von Amplifon als Employer of Choice voran
- Für das interne & externe Personalmarketing definierst du Standards und stellt die Einhaltung und Umsetzung dieser sicher
- Du planst und begleitest z.B. Schul
- und Hochschulmarketingaktivitäten sowie Kooperationen mit strategischen Partnern
- Du unterstützt bei der kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung und arbeitest an (internationalen) cross-funktionalen Projekten mit
- Last but not least bist du als Teil des Talent Management Teams auch in Themen wie Recruiting, Learning & Development sowie HR Analytics eingebundenDein Profil:

- Du hast dein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Recruiting und strategisches Employer Branding gesammelt
- Du weist eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit, eine selbstständige und proaktive Denk
- und Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Teamorientierung auf
- Du inspirierst andere mit deiner Begeisterungsfähigkeit und hast ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und deren Potentiale
- Du bist hoch motiviert, hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
- Dir gefällt die Arbeit in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld und du möchtest dich persönlich einbringen
