(Senior) Specialist, Global Mobility

We are looking for a **(Senior) Specialist, Global Mobility (all genders)** to join the **Global Mobility team** for maternity leave cover (limited contract) on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Your mission**:
- You manage cross-border worker cases (temporary/permanent remote work, international assignments, transfers)
- You provide stellar guidance and education to our HR partners and business stakeholders on mobility options, relocation support, policies, process, and tools to ensure the balance of compliance and employee experience. This includes remote work arrangements.
- You work closely together with other People teams (e.g. Talent Acquisition, People Partners, Total Rewards, Onboarding Experience, Hero Support) as well as other stakeholder groups (e.g. Legal, Payroll, and Tax) in order to establish and/or improve cross-border work operational processes and ensure stakeholder alignment
- You proactively manage issues, escalations, and exceptions to ensure a positive Hero experience while monitoring compliance, cost, and policy adherence.
- You act as a thought partner for managers and HR partners on hiring, transferring, and assignment solutions with flexibility and compliance in mind
- You keep up to date on trends and challenges surrounding the mobile workforce and identify/recommend/lead the implementation of improvements and new programs to ensure/elevate amazing end-end mobility experience and service delivery
- You participate in ad-hoc projects (including cross-functional)
**Your heroic skills**:
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in hands-on global mobility (focus on central Europe preferred) program management. Experience in a hyper-growth environment is a plus.
- You have a solid knowledge of immigration, and taxes (corporate, payroll, individual income, social security). You also have a basic understanding of employment law and how all of these areas impact globally mobile talents.
- You are a strategic thinker and have the ability to understand business interdependencies
- You are a collaborator and connecter, skilled at building trust-based relationships with stakeholders across levels, geographies, and cultures
- You are highly adaptive and thrive in a fast-paced/fluid environment
- You are a strong communicator (fluent in English. German is nice to have but not required). You listen with the intent to understand and are able to bridge gaps in knowledge
- You are super organized, can juggle multiple priorities, and bring issues to closure quickly
- You have keen analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative) and superb attention to detail
- You have a growth mindset and love complex challenges and solving problems
- You have a strong drive to achieve the highest customer service levels and a passion to make a meaningful impact and helping others
