**Dein Spielfeld**:

- In deiner Rolle trägst du die Gesamtverantwortung für das Geschäftsfeld „Plattformökonomie“ und übernimmst die Koordination sowie die Steuerung, einschließlich aller damit verbundenen Funktionen.
- Du bist für die Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung von neuen (digitalen) Geschäftsmodellen rund um die Themen Finanzierung und Immobilie, inklusive Businessplänen, verantwortlich.
- Dabei stellst du die Wirtschaftlichkeit des Geschäftsfeldes sicher - dazu zählen natürlich auch die Budget-, Personalplanung und -steuerung.
- Gemeinsam mit deinen Teams beobachtest und analysierst du Trends der Plattformökonomie und adaptierst diese für deine Kund:innengruppe.
- Du bist strategische:r Ansprechpartner:in für Stakeholder, sei es im Hypoport-Konzern oder in der Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe.
- Du repräsentierst dein Geschäftsfeld nach außen und scheust dich nicht vor Auftritten auf Konferenzen, um andere von unseren Ideen/ Lösungen zu begeistern.
- In internen Meetings präsentierst du deine Ideen und Pläne für das Geschäftsfeld gegenüber dem Management-Team sowie Mitarbeitenden.
- Du hast Lust darauf, mehrere selbstorganisierte Teams zu führen und Verantwortung für deine Themen und die Menschen dahinter zu übernehmen.

- Du hast in deinen bisherigen beruflichen Stationen erfolgreich digitale Geschäftsmodelle entwickelt, umgesetzt und im Lebenszyklus begleitet.
- Als Idealkandidat:in bringst du eine ausgeprägte Expertise in dem beschriebenen Umfeld mit, sei es durch ein relevantes Studium oder durch andere Success Stories.
- Dabei besitzt du die Fähigkeiten für die Fragestellungen in deinem Geschäftsfeld die richtigen Werkzeuge anzuwenden, sei es Design-Sprints, Project Canvas oder Kudo-Cards.
- Du hast bereits Führungsverantwortung übernommen und legst dabei Wert auf Selbstorganisation der Mitarbeitenden, Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe und Transparenz.
- Zudem bringst du Innovationsfähigkeit, Zielorientierung und Durchsetzungsstärke mit.
- Du liebst Herausforderungen und hast Lust auf Fintechs und die Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, um gemeinsam Innovationen und neue Geschäftsmodelle voranzutreiben.
