Field Clinical Specialists (m/w/d)

(Gebiet Mitte und Süd Deutschland)

Overview:
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Schulung des medizinischen Fachpersonals im Umgang mit endoskopischen Verbrauchsmaterial. Dies beinhaltet sowohl das Erläutern der Funktionsweise als auch die Demonstration der richtigen Anwendung
- Gleichwohl unterstützten Sie somit bei der Anwendung von endoskopischen Verbrauchsmaterial vor Ort
- Bei auftretenden Problemen sind Sie Ansprechpartner für das medizinische Fachpersonal und Ärzte und unterstützt bei produktbezogenen und medizintechnischen Fragen
- Sie führen Produktpräsentationen und Schulungen für Ärzte und medizinisches Fachpersonal durch, um die Vorteile und Funktionen der Produkte zu erklären.
- Sie sind ein Multiplikator von Produkt
- und Fachwissen im Sinne des „Train the Trainer“ Konzeptes für unsere Mitarbeiter und Spezialisten sowie für Key User im Krankenhaus und Praxen
- Als Field Clinical Specialist pflegen sie eine enge Beziehung zu den Kunden, um eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen. Gleichwohl stehen sie für Fragen sowie Anliegen zur Verfügung und bieten Unterstützung und Beratung
- Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören auch die regelmäßige Aktualisierungen der Kundendokumentation sowie das Erstellen von Berichte über Schulungen, Support-Fälle und Kundenfeedback.

Qualifications:

- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Krankenschwester/-pfleger mit Erfahrungen im Bereich Gastroenterologie/EUS, bzw. eine vergleichbare Position im medizintechnischen, medizinischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Umfeld
- Optimalerweise dedizierte Kenntnisse im Fachbereich Gastroenterologie/EUS
- Starke Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und eine ausgeprägte „Hands on“ Mentalität
- Qualifizierte Berufserfahrung im genannten oder artverwandten Bereich
- Hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz, Lern
- und Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
- Starke Kunden
- und Patientenorientierung sowie Kontaktstärke und Zuverlässigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift sowie der gängigen Office Anwendungen
- Die Position ist als Außendienstrolle vom HomeOffice aus geplant und beinhaltet eine hohe Flexibilität, vor allem im Sinne ausgeprägter Reisebereitschaft im jeweiligen Gebiet
