Marketing Assistant

**Purpose of Position**

**Key Tasks**
- Support content management by coordinating and publishing blog and social media content created by the team.
- Support with the creation of accompanying imagery via our design request process.
- Support with project management of bigger content campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to social media enquiries.
- Support with SEO and SEA administrative tasks.
- Support with event and merchandise administrative tasks.
- Support with research and reporting tasks.
- Support the wider marketing team with ad-hoc requests.

**Skills & Expertise**
- Minimum six months experience as an intern or working student, preferably in a marketing role.
- Fluent in English, additional European languages a welcome bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative by nature, both written and visually.
- Experience proficiently using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Organised and very detail oriented.
- Self-motivated with the ability to quickly acquire new skills.
- Strives to continually improve productivity and quality of work produced.
- An enthusiastic team player that is happy to get involved and support with whatever is needed.
- Passion for communications and marketing.
