Our client is a digital partner with a base in Europe. They focus on sustainable digital value generation and serve a variety of major and mid-sized businesses, including Amazon, Munich RE, and more than 50 global private equity companies. Due to their high level of selection, they only have 200 employees at the moment, but they are currently in a strong growth period and seeking to add 300 people as soon as feasible. Their specialised team of professionals, which consists only of the best brains, has grown as a result of projects they have landed with global industrial giants.
**Enterprise Data Architect**
**What to expect**:
- An expert Enterprise Data Architect will create data architectures as the cornerstone of an enterprise system environment that is future-proof.
- deep expertise in creating roadmaps for strategic data architecture that are in line with our clients' IT organisations
- being able to recognise key possible technologies and methods that could be used to satisfy both present and future data needs
- accountability for an integrated data architecture supporting our clients' present and future aims
- extensive expertise in overseeing the data and information architecture across a company
- a strong desire to create best-in-class data architectural models and a grasp of the interdependencies within the enterprise system landscape
- the capacity to listen, comprehend the objectives and problems of our clients, and translate the recognised needs into a thorough data model
- Being able to speak in a technical and business language and having the ability to deconstruct problems into their logical components
**Personal Requirements**:
- Outstanding academic standing and a university degree in business, business informatics, or a comparable field (Master degree or MBA are of advantage)
- At least five years' worth of expertise creating data models for various sectors
- Solid expertise in database solutions and data models
- Possessing relevant qualifications is advantageous
- Willingness to delve deeply into difficult client data landscapes
- Approach that is organised, pro-active, and data-driven together with a high level of self-motivation
- You assume accountability for your performance, growth, and eagerness to take on new challenges
- Fluent in both German and English
