Our team is growing, and we are looking for a trainee for a Regulatory Content Implementation Specialist located in Siegen, Germany (hybrid position).

The Regulatory Content Implementation Specialist will join a global team that focuses on delivering globally compliant data and documents (such as Safety Data Sheets) to 3E customers. Our primary objective is to ensure regulatory compliance through efficient and highly automated authoring processes. As a Regulatory Content Implementation Specialist, you will play a vital role in this vision, working collaboratively with a dedicated team to maintain the compliance, efficiency, and currency of our SAP EHS-based SDS authoring system.

**Principal Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Collaborate with Delivered Services and the Content & Update Processes (CUP) Team to ensure successful delivery and integration of 3E content product data, documents, and customizing elements into 3E ERD and/or customers' SAP EH&S systems, as well as delivering documents via the Portal. This may involve both on-site and off-site participation in content update projects.
- Provide support throughout the entire content update process, including managing gates, conducting tests, and ensuring quality steps are followed.
- Assist in delivering content and authoring results to customer systems, ensuring seamless integration.
- Update Expert and WWI servers of ERD HVx systems, ensuring the latest information is available.
- Maintain and update Phrase Libraries of ERD HVx systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of ERD HVx systems' configuration and customizing elements.
- Update SDS and Labels templates using the WWI ("Windows Word processor Integration") program.
- Update SAP Expert Rules in EH&S to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, biology, environmental science, computer science or a related field or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental, chemical engineering or related field
- Basic experience in product safety and regulatory compliance.
- Basic level in understanding SAP EH&S data model & system.
- Passionate about their work, self-motivated and driven, thorough and focused, action-and-results oriented.
- Proficient English language skills both written and verbal communication.
