Maintenance Documentation Specialist

Role Summary:

As a Maintenance Documentation Manager at Alstom, you will be responsible for coordinating the creation and delivery of maintenance documentation for our bogie and drives components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the creation of maintenance documentation in line with project and customer requirements.
  • Manage the retrieval of input data necessary for documentation creation, including sub-supplier input.
  • Oversee the coordination of technical writers and ensure information exchange with other engineering functions.
  • Manage customer feedback and optimize documentation workload and budgets.
  • Ensure high standardization of technical content for re-use and efficient publication using Alstom's standard methods and tools.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree and/or technical writing qualification.
  • Experience in the railway industry, especially in vehicle maintenance, is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills, team player, and business fluency in English and German, with French language skills a plus.
