**Your mission**:
Your north star is happy customers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will improve and oversee the entirety of Maddox AI's operations. This encompasses, but is not limited to, the implementation of our visual quality control systems at client sites in a scalable manner.
To elevate our AI-driven visual inspection platform, you will collaborate closely with our implementation teams, spanning machine learning, software, hardware/automation, and most importantly, our clients. Your role entails orchestrating seamless teamwork among these groups, ensuring clients undergo a smooth implementation process and fully capitalize on Maddox AI's advantages in their day-to-day operations. We are looking for a strategic mind, who likes to solve problems hands-on and who is able to use this hands-on experience to design and optimize processes for the entire team. Your tasks include:
Focus area 1: Customer Success Management
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Maddox AI's inspection software at clients
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including project management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Design, implement and improve operational processes ensuring a smooth implementation experiences for our clients Provide leadership and mentorship to employees, fostering a culture of execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Focus area 2: Partnership Strategy and Management
- Develop and manage relationships with external partners and vendors Design and implement new operating and collaboration model for integration and automation partners

Focus area 3: Company Strategy and Operating Model
- Co-develop an operating model for the entire company for our next growth phase together with our founders.

**Your profile**:
Basic qualifications
- University degree in computer science, business, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and managing teams for peak performance
- Ability to clearly formulate problems, approaches to solutions, and results to technical and non-technical audiences
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment
- You live in the Tübingen/Stuttgart area, are ready to move here or are ready to visit the Tübingen office on a regular basis You are fluent in German and English

Preferred qualifications
- Proven experience as a COO or in a similar leadership role with a strong focus on operational excellence, preferably in technology / B2B SaaS
- Proven track record in establishing and scaling a successful customer success and project operation for a B2B startup
- Proven track record in hiring and developing an organization from seed stage to Series B
