YOUR CHALLENGE
For our office in Berlin-Kreuzberg we are looking for a full-time Customer Service Hero FRENCH (m/w/d), who knows what our customer are looking for and loves to guide them through the whole order process.
**Responsibility**: You assist our customers with all inquiries
**Challenge the status quo**: Being proactive and full of ideas, keen on optimising existing processes with a go-getter attitude
**Teamwork**: You are hands on and also supporting your colleagues
ABOUT YOU
- Ideally, previous work experience in customer service
- Stress-resistant and resilient, very empathetic
- Able to leave your ego at the door to put the customers first
- Quick thinker and problem solver
- Friendly and emphatic go to towards the customer
- Teamplayer
- Excellent french skills on a native speaker level and very good English skills; another foreign language is a big plus
HOW WE WORK
Our renovated factory-floor office is flooded with light, filled with plants, and sits on the border of Mitte and Kreuzberg—just a stone’s throw away from the river Spree and Markthalle Neun.
As far as working is concerned, we are currently pursuing a kind of hybrid model, i.e. a combination of in-office and home office.
