Supply Clerk Nf-02

**Duties**:

- Performs routine clerical supply work to ensure the effective operation of an ongoing supply activity following established procedures.
- Serves as linen and uniform keeper. Oversees stock maintenance at or within prescribed levels.
- Maintains par stocks, accounts for items issued for guest use, cull stocks for mending and/or disposal of worn items.
- Conducts counts or inventories of supplies.
- Maintains records and makes requisitions, receipts, and disposals.

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- This position may require a health screening. Immunizations may be required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Army (USAREUR) Certificate of license.
- Position will require a health screening due to the lifting requirement of 50lbs.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior work experience as housekeeper. A basic knowledge of supply and its rules and procedures. Knowledge of computer systems and personal computer or terminal operation to perform automated functions associated with the duties of the supply activity.

**Area of Consideration**:

- **The Stuttgart Lodging facilities operate 24 hours a day 365 days a year and are staffed around the clock. Scheduled tour of duty is irregular and rotational, to include mornings, evenings, nights, overnights, weekends, and US and German holidays. You will be required to work at all Stuttgart Lodging facilities during all shifts, based on staffing requirements**.

**Pay-Band Allowances and Differentials**
- Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. **_If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay._** Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
- Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Night differential may be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
