**Duties**:

- Performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions in support of the activity to which assigned.
- Receives and reviews incoming documents for completeness taking or coordinating and tracking required action.
- Establishes and maintains offices files in accordance with regulatory guidance/procedures.
- Responds to customer inquires and complaints providing general information and assistance concerning office function, established procedures, etc.
- May be responsible for automated time and attendance processing.

- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- This position may require a health screening. Immunizations may be required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility.

**Qualifications**:

- Progressively responsible clerical experience, which involved the use of calculations and personal computers to include Microsoft Office. Ability to type 40 WPM.
- **Best Qualified Criteria**:
- Possess the ability to communicate orally in German with outside agencies (local vendors, local government energy companies) to provide clarification on rules, operations, procedures and policies for the VAT/UTAP program to assist internal and external customers?
- Possess the ability to decipher technical correspondence, enclosures and statements and respond in writing in German to assist customers with utility company issues and VAT related vendor issues?

**PCS Costs**
- Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.

**Pay-Band Allowances and Differential**s
- Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. **_If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay._** Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
- Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Night differential may be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
