Als Trainerin oder Trainer hältst du Schulungen für die Kollegen und Kolleginnen in unserem Customer Service, mit dem Ziel, die Servicekompetenz immer auf einem hohen Level zu halten. **Aufgabenbereich**:

- Einarbeitung sowie die Aus
- und Weiterbildung von neuen sowie erfahrenen Mitarbeitenden, mit dem Ziel, die Qualität, Leistung und damit verbunden die Kundenzufriedenheit zu fördern.
- Durchführung von technischen Schulungen.
- Erstellen, Aktualisieren und Leiten von Seminaren und Workshops für neue und erfahrene Mitarbeitende.
- Trainieren von Mitarbeiter*innen „on the job".
- Vorhandene Schulungen weiterentwickeln, Handout-Materialien erstellen.

**Qualifikationen**:

- Callcenter-Erfahrung mit Schwerpunkt IT- oder Webhosting ist wünschenswert.
- Eine anerkannte Trainer-Qualifikation ist wünschenswert, aber kein Muss.
- Idealerweise hast du Kenntnisse von Moderations
- und Trainingsmethoden sowie der konzeptionellen Gestaltung von Trainingsunterlagen.
- Motivierendes, souveränes und professionelles Auftreten.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer: Kommunikation und positives Auftreten sind deine Stärke.
- Du bist flexibel, dich schnell in die produktiven sowie die Trainingsprozesse einzuarbeiten.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Erfahrungen mit E-Learning-Plattformen wünschenswert.
