Die **Hongfa Europe GmbH** wurde 2003 als europäische Vertriebszentrale des chinesischen Konzerns Xiamen Hongfa Electroacoustic Co., Ltd. gegründet. Vom Hauptsitz in Maintal (bei Frankfurt am Main) liefern wir elektromechanische Relais an unsere europäischen Kunden, die hauptsächlich in den Branchen Haushaltsgeräte, Maschinenbau, Smart Metering und der Automobilindustrie tätig sind. Wir wachsen stetig und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Distribution & BeNeLux eine/n

**Distribution Network Business Development Representative (M/F/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Increase the turnover, profit and market share of the products of employer through distribution

network and within the specific territories according to the development plan of the employer
- POS - Collect and administrate the reports to be delivered from the Distributors
- Analyze the POS data and identify actions required (lost Business, missing orders )
- Pricing Manager for the Distribution Team
- Initiate and support Sales activities for the Distributors
- Initiate and support Marketing activities for the Distributors in cooperation with marketing, product
- Collect feedback from the Distributors to optimize HFE's support and service & policy for distribution

network
- Maintain the Budget and Forecast
- Coordinate between Pan-European and Local Distributors

**Ihre Kompetenzen**
- Idealerweise haben Sie einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, technischer Hintergrund oder ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis wären wäre wünschenswert.
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch für ein souveränes Auftreten, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse wären von Vorteil
- Vorzugsweise sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und dem Warenwirtschaftssystem SAP und CRM
- Mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Endverbrauchern
- Erfahrung in der Geschäfts
- und Kundenentwicklung im B2B-Bereich ist unerlässlich
- Hintergrund im Bereich der elektromechanischen und/oder passiven Komponenten
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie Koordinationsfähigkeit
- Ausgezeichnetes Verständnis von TCO und ROI, um wertorientiert zu verkaufen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Kommunikations-, Kooperations
