Aufgaben
  • Designs NORMA Group drawings (e.g. quotation and manufacturing), the creation and tracking of part numbers, the product verifi­cation and vali­dation process
  • Establishes the D-FMEA (Software: Apis)
  • Defines customer-owned interfacing components (e.g. flanges, spigots, gaskets etc.)
  • Initiates and drives Global Excellence and VA/VE activities (cost saving, efficiency improvement)
  • Identifies, communicates and leads innovation projects.
  • Testing and calculation regarding technical competitor analysis (e.g.: benchmarking)
  • Develops and maintains the design guidelines, as well as carrying out product trainings
  • Accountable for processing customer inquiries / projects (daily business)

Profil
  • Successfully completed studies as Bachelor / Dipl. Ing. / Master in mechanical engineering
  • Several years of experience in relevant and comparable function with focus on product design
  • Experienced in leading projects from customer request till series production with regard to product development
  • Very good English knowledge written and spoken; German is an advantage
  • Able to establish and maintain effective internal and external customer relationships
  • Proficient in designing efficient processes / products
  • Motivated teamplayer with can-do attitude and ability to identify new opportunities
  • Experienced in creating and reviewing internal and external standards (e.g. DIN)
