Die VivaScope GmbH ist ein Münchner Unternehmen, welches seit 15 Jahren unter dem Dach der MAVIG GmbH agiert und seit Januar
2021 als eigenständige Firma fungiert. Sie ist Hersteller und Distributor konfokaler Laserscanmikroskope, die eine zeiteffiziente und non
- invasive Analyse von Gewebe ermöglichen. Somit kann schnell zwischen pathogenem und gesundem Gewebe unterschieden werden.
Diese innovative Technologie findet in verschiedenen Bereichen der Dermatologie, Chirurgie und Pathologie weltweit Anwendung.

Um die konfokalen Lasermikroskope von VivaScope in Europa zu betreuen, suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit

Administration Coordinator
- Schwerpunkt Export/Import und Zoll

Ihre Aufgaben: Ihr Profil:

- Selbstständige Angebotserstellung und - Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als
Auftragsbearbeitung mittels ERP-System Kaufmann/frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
- Selbstständige Import-/Exportabwicklung weltweit, u.a. wünschenswert oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Anforderung / Erstellung der notwendigen Dokumente - Erfahrung in der Import
- / Exportabwicklung
und Erteilung der Speditionsaufträge - Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertriebsinnendienst und
- Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Partner und Auftragsabwicklung wünschenswert

Transportdienstleister - Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Faktura der Kundenaufträge und Gutschrifterstellung - Organisationsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit sowie- Debitorenmanagement ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Überwachung und Koordination von Wartungen und - Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie MS Office,

Erstellung der Wartungsverträge Jira
- Erfassung und Dokumentation von Änderungen bei - Freude an Kundenkontakt
- Aufträgen - Sie überzeugen durch eine selbständige und- Terminkoordination und -verfolgung strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie durch kunden
- und
- Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische serviceorientiertes Handeln
